Section 15h
1. If there are serious reasons to suspect that the behaviour of the convicted offender, who is
conditionally released, will lead to revocation of the conditional release, the Public Prosecution
Service may order his arrest. If the order of the Public Prosecution Service cannot be awaited, the
assistant public prosecutor may order the arrest of the convicted offender. The assistant public
prosecutor shall promptly notify the arrest, in writing or verbally, to the Public Prosecution Service.
2. If the Public Prosecution Service still considers the arrest to be necessary, it shall promptly submit
an application for suspension of the conditional release to the examining magistrate and an
application as referred to in section 15i(2) to the court.
