Summary statement of the article and its findings in your own words	There are many flood-related emergencies on earth today. To prevent them, it is important to map the locations with a probe. The internal situation of any developed and developing countries is strongly influenced by water-borne disasters in the development of socio-economic categories of the population. To prevent these emergencies, maps using GIS should be developed in advance. Another strong point of the article is that the application of AHP and GIS technology mapping prevents many hazards by creating a flood map. 
Major strengths of the article and what impact it might have in your field	Today, AHP and GIS technologies are used in many industries. But flood-related maps have not been created. In particular, if AHP and GIS technologies are used, evacuation measures to the public population will be carried out quickly to find a quicker warning of the danger among the population. The article comprehensively simulates all the attributes associated with water and topographic structures. 
Specific areas of improvement needed in the article before it can be published	Major points (needs for clarification, re-analysis, re-writes and/or additional information and suggestions which would improve the article): 1. It would be a good idea to explain the beginning of the research in terms of natural and economic geographical location. 2. The coherence of the article with other disciplines is not very relevant. The methodological basis is a one-sided analysis. Quantities and qualities are not simulated. 3. The priority aspect is that the 2021 AHP and GIS technologies are less consistent. No attention was paid to the internal attributes of the cartographic compositions.   Minor points (inconsistencies, major typos) 1. Strong penetration into the methodological aspects of the work. Not illustrated in simple, easy-to-understand language. 2. In the event of a flood hazard in the area, it would be advisable to produce backup options as shown on the map. 3. The hierarchical and constructive parts of the case are generally not overlooked. In terms of time, it would be good if it was introduced into production based on evaluation criteria.
