Whenever the user selects the first option in the receptionist dialog “Schedule a
Meeting” a new dialog appears on the screen. This dialog is a form with fields for
several relevant pieces of information that are usually required to schedule meetings.
These include the person’s name, email address, date when the meeting is desirable and
the time. The user should also indicate the reason for scheduling the meeting to make it
easier for the professor. This form can be seen in the figure below.
