Dividends
In 2020 based on decision of the Shareholders the Group declared dividends:

UZS 8.28 per common share in the total amount of UZS 121 billion and UZS 250 per preferred share in
the total amount of UZS 0.13 billion for 2018;

UZS 5.98 per common share in the total amount of UZS 391 billion and UZS 125 per preferred share in
the total amount of UZS 3 billion for 2019.
