At the moment we are looking at ways of improving our job interview skills. We interview around 1,000 each year. Unfortunately, the number of staff who leaves within the first year is increasing and we want to stop this. Currently, we are putting a lot of resources into training our staff and we don’t want to lose them. We understand that the use of personality tests are becoming more popular in all businesses, so now we are planning to employ these in future interviews.
