Hello there, my name is Gulnora. I would like to expantiate on why I disagree with the assumption " What is taught is what is learned"
For a while now, over three years, I have being trying to learn French language. The truth is I have never failed any examination or test yet I am unable to speak the language fluently. Of course, from the module it is obvious what I have succeeded in doing - memorizing the rules and not putting into practice what was taught.
Again, from this module: MODES OF LEARNING AND INTERACTION we understand the importance of constant practice to enable to learn and further acquire the language skill-set. Teaching without delibrate constant practice does not culminate in maximum learning. So, it can be said that what is taught is not necessarily what is learned.
