We started this academic year with big changes. Starting from this year we will study according to the program «4+2» : 2 days of practice and 4 days of study in a week. Today we had a pre-practice conference where we got acquainted with the necessary information related to our practice.

I went to School N12 in Nukus today where I would have my practice. I participated in the conference held by school administration where I familiarized with the rules and internal regulations of school. Then I got acquainted with the teacher who would be my tutor during the practice. She is one of the best English teachers of that school – Zamira Tenelova.

Today I got acquainted with the classes where I would teach English and with the pupils of those classes. I observed the lessons in 2-A, 3-B and 4-G classes. I paid attention to the teacher's methodogy, to the approaches, methods and techniques which she used during the lessons.

Today I looked through the syllabus, lesson plans of my tutor. Also I familiarized with the textbooks for 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades, their calendar-thematic plans and other necessary documents.

Today I started my active practice in 2-A class. It was a review lesson. I prepared vocabulary games for this lesson in order to consolidate the vocabulary of pupils. Pupils liked this game and were so active during it. Then they did activities from their textbooks.

Today I conducted the lesson in 3-B class. The topic of the lesson was «Email a friend». I prepared a video related to the topic for this lesson and played it to pupils. I prepared activities according to the video and pupils did them successfuly. They were so active during the lesson.

I had a lesson in 4-G class today. The topic of the lesson was «Write description». I started the lesson with warm-up which pupils did like. Then they watched a video related to the topic and after that they were divided into groups. In groups they did activities. The pupils were so active.
