We can learn types of food with devicing them into two parts:
First type is Junk food and
second part is healthy food

okay what is healthy food? Healthy food is a food which is normal in a fat, sugar or salt. That's why some people call healthy food as "diet food". Coz they are so beneficial to our health.

Then what is junk food? Junk food is unhealthy food that is high in calories from sugar or fat. It is also known as "HFSS food"(high in fat, sugar and salt.
