We all know that it is important to achieve a balance between work and play, but many of us do not succeed. I think having picnics with colleagues will boost the productivity and improve the communication among them. If I own a business, I would spend some time to go on a picnic with my employees and would not hesitate to invite my clients as well. Because mutual respect and communication help you collaborate with your colleagues and your clients too. And also from my personality, I really appreciate teamwork and celebrate everything with my surroundings. However, it depends on the clients sometimes, for example if my client is formal, I would rather invite him to a party instead of a picnic.
