Dear ASTM D19 Member:
This letter is part of an initiative to raise funds in support of D19’s Independent Meetings. Traditionally the Committee hosts an annual winter meeting in the Cocoa Beach, Florida area. Unfortunately D19 can no longer afford to a host a meeting in this location every January without additional funding to cover the rising cost of meeting rooms, projectors, conference lines and IT support. This is where you and your company or agency can help!
In order to defray costs associated with these meetings, D19 is soliciting sponsorships, suggesting the following amounts:
Platinum Sponsor - $2,000 – and above

Gold Sponsor - $1,000 – 2,000

Silver Sponsor - $ 500 – 1,000
Sponsors will be recognized with a poster and Gold and Platinum sponsors can set up a table during the meetings and awards ceremony. Silver sponsors will be recognized at the ASTM registration desk. Although we will accept donations anytime, we will use the funds to secure D19’s winter location.
