Objectives of the formation of professional competence of future educators of preschool educational 
institutions:
-creation of conditions for the formation of the professional culture of the future specialist;
-activation of the formation of the main competencies of future educators;
-ensure mastering.
-formation of professional mobility of educators;
-organization of methodological, didactic support of students
-formation of social activity on the basis of personal qualities and social skills of the person
In conclusion, the effectiveness of the vocational education process depends on the full implementation 
of all its components in the system of step-by-step training of future educators. Development and introduction 
of new methods of education and upbringing in order to form a competitive teacher, experience of studying 
world teachers, adapting the best examples of professional competence, establishing relations with 
international organizations, conducting joint international events and projects, effective use of innovative 
educational technologies, competency-based approach formation of its professional levels (basic, special) 
as a result of specialized training of future educators, the main levels of professional competence of the 
subject of activity are the result of training, professional training, professional experience and professional 
skills.
