OF DEVELOPING A CULTURE OF HEALTHY LIVING IN YOUNG PEOPLE

жараёнларини такомиллаштиришда этник ва тизимли ёндашув механизмларини 
ишлаб чиқишнинг назарий асослари берилган.

в данной статье представлена теоретическая база для разработки 
механизмов этносистемного подхода к совершенствованию процесса формирования у 
молодежи культуры здорового образа жизни. 
Abstrakt:
this article provides a theoretical basis for the development of mechanisms of 
ethnic and systemic approach to improving the process of developing a culture of healthy 
living among young people. 
Looking back, the issue of family and national values played an important role in the 
formation of moral qualities in young people in the holy books and in the period from the 
works of our great ancestors Abu Nasr Farobi, Abu Rayhan Beruni, Abu Ali Ibn Sino, 
Alisher Navoi to Abdirauf Fitrat. It is the Uzbek families who have been preserving our 
national and spiritual values, traditions, customs and ancient cultural heritage, which have 
been characteristic of the Uzbek nation for centuries. 
Therefore, the views of our great ancestors in the upbringing of children, when we 
study the views of intelligent people, embody the moral and educational qualities that are 
directly relevant to the Uzbek nation. It is the kindness, sincerity, and kindness that are 
reflected in the example of our parents. Abu Nasr al-Farabi, who took the pseudonym of 
Eastern Aristotle and the second teacher, said: He must have the qualities”. With these 
ideas, Farobi, in turn, combines the meaning of the role of parents as a role model in the 
family with household chores, housekeeping, and the need to pay special attention to the 
esthetic and hygienic upbringing of children. 
The head of our state said: “We will mobilize all the forces and opportunities of our 
state and society to ensure that our young people are independent-minded, have a high 
spiritual and spiritual potential, grow up to their peers in any sphаre of the world and be 
happy”,– “we know that improving the activities of all the joints of the education and 
training system on the basis of today's requirements is our first-level task,” he said, adding 
that in the development of the culture of healthy living in young people, educating future 
generation representatives in a mature manner in a way peculiar to our national values 
increased

So, we need to pay special attention to the question of who are the young people. 
Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On State Youth Policy” defines the 
concept of “youth” - persons who have reached the age of fourteen and not older than thirty 
years. 
If we pay attention to the age periods, then exactly in 15-22 years the age of Capricorn 
begins. During this period, especially the appearance of love and affection, the desire to step
