Узбекистон Республикаси Вазирлар Махкамасининг 1999- йил 16- августдаги 390-сонли карори билан тасдикланган Умумий урта таълимнинг Давлат таълим стандартлари берилган шархлар “2004-2009 йилларда Мактаб таълимини ривожлантириш Давлат умуммиллий дастури” доирасида кайта куриб чикилди. Тахлиллар асосида Давлат таълим стандартлари буйича укувчилар узлаштириши лозим булган билим, куникма ва малакалар бир- биридан ажратилди хамда синфлар кесимида алохида-алохида белгилаб берилди.
“Баркамол авлод йили” Давлат дастури хамда Узбекистон Республикаси Президенти Давлат маслахатчиси хизмати ва Вазирлар Махкамаси Таълим, соFликни саклаш, ижтимоий мухофаза, ахборот тизимлари ва телекоммуникасиялар комплексининг 2010- йил 17- мартдаги кушма йотилиши баёнида белгиланган вазифалар ижросини таъминлаш максадида, юкори касб махоратига эга укитувчилар, етакчи олим ва мутахассисларни жалб этган холда, барча йуналишлар буйича ишчи гурухлари тузилди.
Мазкур ишчи гурухлар томонидан умумий урта ва урта махсус, касб- хунар таълимининг Давлат таълим стандартлари, укув дастурлари ва дарсликлари узвийлиги, узлуксизлиги хамда укувчиларнинг ёш ва психофизиологик хусусиятларига мослиги икки боскичда тахлил килинди.
Биринчи боскичда (горизонтал тахлил) умумий урта таълимда укитиладиган 24 та укув фани буйича ДТС, укув дастури ва дарслик мазмуни синфлар кесимида тахлил килиниб, тегишли хулоса ва таклифлар тайёрланди.
Иккинчи боскичда (вертикал тахлил) урта махсус, касб-хунар таълими муассасаларида урганилиши давом этадиган 17 та умумтаълим фанлари, жумладан, инглиз тили фани буйича умумий урта ва урта махсус таълимнинг Давлат таълим стандартлари, укув дастурлари узвийлик ва узлуксизлик жихатидан тахлил килиниб, укувчиларнинг таълим боскичларида эгаллашлари лозим булган билимларининг хажми оптималлаштирилди.
Жумладан, ишчи гурухлар хулосалари ва тахлиллари, илмий методик Кенгаш тавсиялари асосида умумий урта таълим мактабларининг 5-9- синфларида инглиз тили фанидан жами 42 соат хажмдаги 7 та мавзу оптималлаштирилди. Шундан, 4 соат мавзу мураккаб деб топилиб, унга кушимча соатлар ажратилди (такрорлашлар хисобидан), 3 та мавзу касб-хунар коллежлари ва академик лицей укувчилари ёшига хослиги сабабли умумий урта таълим дастуридан чикарилди. Мазкур узгаришлар 5, 8, 9-синфларда амалга оширилди.
Куйида инглиз тили фанидан узвийлаштирилган укув дастурини амалга жорий этиш буйича тавсиялар ва материаллар берилган.

This morning at five o’clock, the Green Mountain Restaurant caught on fire. Nobody noticed the fi re unti l six o’ clock, when the house next door started to burn. Fi re fighters came from all over the area. They began to light the fire at seven o’clock. Now it’s eight o’clock, and the fire is still going strong. The fire fighters are working hard, but they haven’t brought the blaze under control yet. Every few minutes they call for more help.
Fi re Chief Brown says that i n another hour they’ 11 have put out the fi re in the house. At that ti me, the house wi 11 have been burni ng for three house. Half the house will be gone. Chief Brown is afraid that the fire in the restaurant may go on until ten o’clock. Before it’s out, the restaurant will have been blazing for five hours. Every few minutes, part of the building falls in.
