Introduction
 Nowadays the English language has got status of a global language due to globalization and general computerization. Modern English language teaching aims to lingual and social adaptation of pupils to contemporary life. A modern experience professional should possess skills of expression of the thoughts in English, i. e. he should possess communicative competence which includes speech, language and cultural levels.

The theme of the course work is devoted to the forms and types of communication.

In the modern world, great interest is shown in the study of communication. It permeates all areas of society. Without it, people would not be able to establish contacts with other people, receive education, exchange thoughts and experiences, and much more. In the study of communication , its forms and types play an important role . Man communicates not only the means of language and speech, but also, and facial expressions, gestures, any - any specific signals.

Speech is an indicator of human intelligence, and also shows the level of education, competence in a particular topic.

Mimicry of a person makes it possible to observe emotions, behavior, reaction to a particular situation. By assessing this, one can determine whether a person is prone to further contact.

Gestures also play a large role in communication. Sometimes, by means of gestures , information is transmitted that sometimes cannot be conveyed in words.

The relevance of the course - work is expressed in the fact that each person needs to communicate, and for the application of communication in various situations it is necessary to consider some types , forms, as well as obstacles in the interaction of a person with each other .

The aim of the work is to study the forms and types of communication, as well as to consider communication barriers using verbal communications as an example.

To achieve the goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks:

1) to study the theoretical literature on the topic of research;                

2) and learn the general concept of communication and get acquainted with its types and forms;                

3) to study the main types of communication barriers and study them in the practice of verbal communications.
