Select a file or group of files(folders) using check boxes at the left of the file name.

QuickScan_to_scan_volume_for_deleted_files'>Use QuickScan to scan volume for deleted files 
QuickScan searches existing 
partitions
 (volumes) for deleted or damaged files or folders. Before you begin to search for files and 
folders or recover data, you must scan the drive. 
There are two methods for scanning: 
 QuickScan
is a fast and basic scan. Most deleted files and folders can be found using this method. 
SuperScan
is a much slower and thorough scan. It processes the whole hard drive surface detecting all 
possible deleted data. If, after running 
QuickScan
you did not find your deleted files, try 
SuperScan
