To receive the Prize in the form of a branded T-shirt, 
it is enough to provide the Organizer, the regional 
branch of the Organizer or other authorized 
representatives of the Organizer with a Cap with the 
M" character, a copy of passport or other 
identification document of the Participant and his 
(her) contact phone number with the city (area) code. 
3.1.9.
In the event that the Participant refuses to 
comply with the Rules, provides incomplete or 
inaccurate information or in case of non-provision or 
late provision of the required information, the Prize 
will be considered unclaimed, and the Organizer may 
dispose of such Prize at its sole discretion.

The Participant must keep the winning Caps in 
order to present them to the Organizer or the 
Organizer’s authorized representative in order to get 
an opportunity to win the Prizes.

By presenting the Caps and participating in 
this Promotional Offer, the Participant confirms that 
he/she has the right to participate in the Promotional 
Offer and that he/she will automatically be bound by 
all the provisions of these Official Rules.

подтверждающие покупку, в течение периода Промо-
акции рекламируемой Продукции, участвующей в 
Промо-акции (далее - «Подтверждающий документ 
(ы)») на сумму не менее чем количество Крышек, 
предоставленных для участия в Промо-акции от 
любого или всех Участников и отказать в 
предоставлении Приза(-ов) любому Участнику, 
который не может предоставить Подтверждающие 
документы по требованию Организатора.
