MODELING THE GRAPHICS OF TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF ALCOHOL SOLUBILITY IN THE EXTRACTION OF MENTHA AQUATICA PLANT.
Annotation
The behavior of currents in extractors is so complex that it is often not possible to construct a rigorous mathematical description of them at present. At the same time, it is known that flow systems have a significant impact on the efficiency of chemical-technological processes, which must be taken into account in process modeling. In this case, mathematical models of the structure of flows are taken as the basis for the mathematical description of the chemical-technological process under construction. Therefore, the models of the structure of flows in the apparatus developed so far are much simpler and semi-empirical in nature. However, they allow the construction of models (object-like models) that accurately reflect real physical processes.
In this paper, the temperature dependence of solubility in the process of extracting a natural extract from the leaves of the mentha aquatica (mint) plant was studied. The effect of the extraction temperature and the raw material-solvent hydromodule on extraction were studied. The percentage of extracts obtained and the amount of solutes were determined by the proportional method. Physicochemical properties of the concentrate obtained from the leaves of the mint plant were studied.
The results of the experiments are presented in tabular form. The regression equation was constructed and the correlation coefficient was determined. The parameters (coefficients) of the structure of the equation depend on the defining dimensions (diameter, length) of the chemical-technological apparatus, the properties and quantities of the processed substances (reaction rate constants, diffusion coefficients) describing the occurrence of physicochemical processes. Some parameters of the equation can be determined by calculation1, while others can be found using the principle of similarity based on the results of previous research. One of the shortcomings of the analytical methods of constructing a mathematical description is the difficulty of solving a system of equations resulting from a sufficiently complete description of the object.
The results obtained by the graph modeling method were analyzed. The result is a graph drawn on the model of a mathematically calculated function.
