О system was investigated 
by visual-polythermal method. The system was studied using ten internal cuts, on which is built polytermic solubility 
diagram of the system. The surface of the liquidus of the polythermal solubility diagram of the system is divided into ice 
crystallization fields, calcium tetracarbamidochlorate and monoethanolammonium monochloroacetate. 
The dependence of changes in the physicochemical properties of solutions on the composition of the components of 
the [60%Ca(CIO
2
)
3
·4CO(NH
2
)
2
+40%H
2
O]-HOC
2
H
4
NH
2
·ClCH
2
COOH system by solubility, density and viscosity was 
studied. The "composition-properties" diagram of this system is constructed. Study of the solubility diagram and rheo-
logical properties of solutions of the [60%Ca(CIO
2
)
3
·4CO(NH
2
)
2
+40%H
2
O]-HOC
2
H
4
NH
2
·ClCH
2
COOH system. The obtained 
data on the solubility of the components in the studied system can serve as a scientific basis for obtaining a new complex 
active preparation based on calcium tetracarbamidochlorate and monoethanolammonium monochloroacetate.
