The topicality of the research is studies that phonetic means of English in comparison with Russian and phonetical changes. From this work both students, and teachers can use for their course paper or lesson and etc.

The object of research is learning how to phonetic changes in English and Russian languages

The methods of investigation: descriptive method is used in this research to describe how to changes between languages and comparative method is used to compare English and Russian languages and to learn difference between them.
