If clause: PAST SIMPLE; Main clause: PRESENT CONDITIONAL

Elicitation: - Do these sentences mean that you are really rich now? No, they don’t. We are
not rich.

- When do we use second conditional sentences, then? To express unreal condition or situation.

  Teacher adds: we use the second conditional to express imaginary situations, dreams and wishes.
