Isolation - denoting a hospital or ward for patients with contagious or infectious diseases.
Hygiene - conditions or practices conducive to maintaining health and preventing disease, especially through cleanliness.
Symptoms - a physical or mental feature which is regarded as indicating a condition of disease, particularly such a feature that is apparent to the patient.
incubation period - the period between exposure to an infection and the appearance of the first symptoms.
Pandemic - (of a disease) prevalent over a whole country or the world.
community spread - the spread of a contagious disease within a community; specifically: the spread of a contagious disease to individuals in a community
quarantine - a state, period, or place of isolation in which people or animals that have arrived from elsewhere or been exposed to infectious or contagious disease are placed.
Co morbidity - In medicine, comorbidity is the presence of one or more additional conditions often co-occurring (that is, concomitant or concurrent with) with a primary condition.
social distancing - “physical distancing,” means keeping space between yourself and other people outside of your home.
Contagious - (of a disease) spread from one person or organism to another, typically by direct contact.

Disrupt - interrupt (an event, activity, or process) by causing a disturbance or problem.
Obligations - an act or course of action to which a person is morally or legally bound; a duty or commitment.
Emergency - a serious, unexpected, and often dangerous situation requiring immediate action.
Sanitation - conditions relating to public health, especially the provision of clean drinking water and adequate sewage disposal.
Interactions - communication or direct involvement with someone or something.
vulnerable - exposed to the possibility of being attacked or harmed, either physically or emotionally.
drop-out - cease to participate in a race or competition.
marginalized - (of a person, group, or concept) treated as insignificant or peripheral.
lifesaving - serving or intended to save a person's life, especially from illness or injury.
caregivers - a family member or paid helper who regularly looks after a child or a sick, elderly, or disabled person.
Level out - to stop going up or down
mandatory - required by law or mandate; compulsory.
mitigate - make (something bad) less severe, serious, or painful.
