Activity 7." So or not so?". This is a very easy game that children play with pleasure. 

You can use drawings of items from any topic (vegetables, transport, dishes, etc.). The 

teacher shows the drawing and asks, for example: Is this a potato?". If the drawing shows 

a potato, the child must answer: Yes, it is!. If the drawing shows something else, the child 

must answer: No, it is not! – No, it's not! 

 The value of didactic play as an educational tool is that, by influencing the collective of 

children playing, the teacher through the collective influences each of them. Organizing 

the life of students in the game, the teacher forms not only game relationships, but also 

real ones, fixing useful habits in the norms of behavior of students in different conditions 

and outside of the game - thus, with the correct guidance of students, the didactic game 

becomes  a  school  of  education.  Based  on  our  work,  we  can  identify  several  main 

advantages  of  the  didactic  game:  during  the  game,  the  activity  and  performance  of 

students increases, linguistic skills and abilities are formed, and mental abilities develop. 

 Thus, a didactic game is a purposeful creative activity, in the course of which students 

understand the phenomena of the surrounding reality more deeply and vividly and learn 

about the world.
