Author Biographiess
Miyoung Jeong
is a Professor in the School of Hotel, Restaurant 
and Tourism Management, University of South Carolina. Main 
areas of her research include hospitality operations and technology 
with emphasis on social media, mobile technology, sharing econ-
omy, and business analytics.
Hyejo Hailey Shin
is a Ph.D candidate in the School of Hotel, 
Restaurant, and Tourism Management at the University of South 
Carolina. Her research interests are in the areas of consumer behav-
ior toward technology adoption in the tourism and hospitality 
industry and data analytics.
