The most common pathologies of patients with alcoholism and drug addic-
tion with deviant behavior in premorbide were the following: the expansion of the 
frontal and parietal lobes subarachnoid spaces (33.3 % and 56.6 %); expansion of 
furrows of cortex of frontal lobes (83.3 % and 76.6 %); expansion of perivascular 
spaces and subcortical (white and gray matter of 73.3% and 70.0 %); foci of de-
generation in the white matter (subcortical, 80.0 % and 70.0 %); asymmetry of di-
ameter posterior communicating arteries(90.0 % and 90.0 %). 
Despite the above, the patients in the 2
nd
and 4
th
groups had different mor-
phological features of MRI and cerebral vessels, such as expansion of the peri-
vascular spaces (90 % and 96.6 %), mainly in the border of the occipital and parie-
tal zones - white solid ( 83.3 % and 73.3 %); circulational problems in the brain 
vessels (96.6 % and 100 %). 
Thus, alcohol and drug abuse with deviant behavior disorders are somatical-
ly more difficult problems, which are associated not only with the progress of the 
PAS, as well as to inherit and premorbid burdeness and disharmonic mental devel-
opment with pathobiological personality structure. The consequences of deviant 
behavior contribute to more rapid development of complications, including neuro-
logic, that dictates the need for a differentiated approach to the treatment of pa-
tients with alcoholism and drug addiction with deviant behavior in premorbide.
