The degree of study of the problem. It is well known that the study of de-
viant behavior is getting increasing interest in recent years and is widely covered in 
the foreign literature (Albert, U., 2007; Paul R. and Jacob E., 2008., Dennis W., 
Heather M., 2012). 
Today various researches are exploring manifestation of social deviations, 
but not many are paying attention to factors of premornid syndrome which is 
crucial in the development of deviation, and serves as a target of new and effective 
preventrative methods (Abololin A.F., Nazarova N.V., Aslanbekova N.V., 2014; 
Igumov S.A., 2014). 
The inter connection between the type of personality and influential destruc-
tive parental behaviour create various forms of of auto-agressive behavior in the 
patients with alcohol dependencey (Novikov S.A. and others, 2014). Investigating 
suicidal behavior of patients with addictive disorders and their family members 
with co-dependent behavior in the system of family relationships (Bisaliev P.B., 
2011), has shown the need of further development of diagnostic and therapeutic 
approaches in order to optimize the treatment and rehabilitation of addictive pa-
tients. Clinical features of alcoholic progress in young women with deviant behav-
ior have been studied and methods of correction of treatment, rehabilitation and

prevention have been developed (Ovchinnikov S.V., 2008). The most vulnerable in 
case of low level of social adaptation and high level of deviation of behavior from 
the generally agreed rules are mostly the dissocial drug addicts, emotionally vul-
nerable, with hysteric disorder of adulthood and cyclothymia (Altinbekova G.I., 
2005). 
There is scientific data on the features of adolescent development, conditions 
of training and education of children and adolescents, their value orientation and a 
detrimental effect of dysfunctional families on the deviance formation in children 
and adolescents (Paul R. and Jacob E. Cheadle, 2008; Schweitzer, LB, 2005). Y.P. 
Sivolapov and others, inform that there is no any scientific and practical evidence 
to consider that neuroleptics, antidepressants or anticonvulsants are able to stopl 
the addictive inclination (Savchenko V.A. and others, 2006). In the WHO stand-
ards psychotherapy of the cognitive behavior is recognized as the basic treatment 
of opiate addiction, and in the Russian standards suggestive (emotional-stressful)
and rational treatment (Mendelevich V.D., 2004). 
The preventive programs of drug addiction have been actively developed by 
the scientists of USA, Australia, Western Europe and of Russia, but the results of 
their implementation are not suggesting the optimistic forecasts, because of lack of 
sufficient theoretical evidence of preventive models and psycho-therapeutic tech-
niques (Sirota N.A., Ialtonsky V.M., Orudiev N.Y., 2007).
In our Republic scientific researches related to narcology have been 
conducted by L.A. Tursunhodjaeva, U.H. Alimov, N.I. Hodjaeva, M.L. 
Agranovskiy, Sh.Sh. Magzumova, V.K. Abdullaeva, A.H. Imamov, F.A. Shigako-
va, J.T. Rustamova, U.I. Kuchkarov, Sh.H. Sultanov, A.T. Shamsiev. However, the 
analysis of the literature data shows that clinical features of alcoholic and opiate 
addiction with deviant behavior in the premorbid have not been studied well 
enough yet and further investigations are needed.
