The doctoral dissertation has been prepared at theTashkent Medical Academy. 
The abstract of the dissertation is posted in three (Uzbek, Russian, English) languages on the web-
site of Scientific Council (www.tma.uz) and on the website of “ZiyoNet” Information and educational
