Implementation of research results. 
On the basis of the results of a study 
devoted to the study of the effect of endothelial dysfunction on oxidative processes 
in the liver and kidneys in the development of metabolic syndrome and the ways of 
their correction: 
the methodical recommendation "Chitosan sulfate in the correction of 
endothelial dysfunction in the metabolic syndrome" was issued, which is 
implemented in practical public health (Conclusion of the Ministry of Health No. 
8n / 176 of November 14, 2011). This methodological recommendation allows to 
substantiate the measures of prevention and treatment of the chitosan metabolic 
syndrome with sulphate and its nanoform; 
The results of scientific research aimed at increasing the effectiveness of 
prevention of disorders resulting from dysfunction of the endothelium, which has a 
negative effect on oxidative processes in the liver and kidneys, are introduced into 
the practice of public health and are used in the educational process at the Tashkent 
Pharmaceutical Institute, as well as in scientific work in interuniversity research 
laboratory of the Tashkent Medical Academy (Conclusion of the Ministry of 
Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 8n-d / 27 of March 29 that year 2018). 
The introduction of the main results of the fundamental research in patients 
contributes to the early diagnosis of the metabolic syndrome, improves the course,

treatment and prognosis of the disease, the quality of life of patients, reduces the 
number of complications and reduces the length of stay of patients in the hospital 
by 15%. 
Structure and volume of the dissertation. 
The thesis consists of an 
introduction, 4 chapters, conclusion, list of used literature. The volume of the 
thesis is 114 pages.
