The  social  action
  -  form  or  way  of  the  sanction  of  social  problems  and 
contradictions, in which basis lays collision of interests and needs(requirements) of 
the basic social forces of this society(community). 
Social protection
 - in a broad sense - activity of the state on an embodiment 
in life of the purposes and priority tasks of social politics, on realization of set of 
the  legislatively  fixed  economic,  legal  and  social  guarantees  ensuring  to  each 
member a societies(communities) observance of the major social rights.
