Social centre for the minor:
 the specialized establishment of social service 
intended  for  social  or  psychological  rehabilitation  of  children  with  the  various 
forms and a degree social. 
The centre of the help to children who have stayed without care of the 
parents:
 the specialized establishment of social service intended for the temporary 
contents  of  children,  parents,  who  have  stayed  without  care,  and  rendering  of 
assistance in their further vital device. 
Social centre for children and teenagers with the limited intellectual and 
physical opportunities:
 establishment of social service intended for rehabilitation 
of  children  and  the  teenagers,  having  deviation(rejection)  in  intellectual  and 
physical  development,  (including  the  children  -  invalids)  in  the  age  of  from  birth 
till 18 years according to ðåàáèëèòàöèîííûìè by the programs.
