Special  house  -  boarding  school:
  establishment  of  social  service  intended 
for constant or temporary residing of the citizens from among released(exempted) 
from  places  of  deprivation,  of  released(exempted)  from  places,  persons,  earlier 
ñóäèìûõ  or  repeatedly  involved(repeatedly  attracted)  to  the  administrative 
responsibility for infringement of the public order, vagrancy and ïîïðîøàéíè÷åñòâî, 
and granting by him(it) of necessary social services. 
The  special  house  for  lonely: 
establishment  of  social  service  intended  for 
constant  residing of the  lonely  citizens  and  married  couples of  elderly  age, saved 
complete or partial ability to self-service in a life. 
Social  shelter  for  children:
  the  specialized  establishment  of social  service 
intended for temporary residing and social rehabilitation of children, appeared in a 
difficult vital or crisis situation and requiring in the emergency social help.
