1 Amaliyotning asosiy qoidalari:
Talaba amaliyotga qadar amaliyot rahbaridan tushuntirish olishi:
- amaliyotchining kundaligida tegishli bandlarni to‘ldirishi;
-amaliyot bo‘yicha amaliyot rahbaridan shaxsiy topshiriq olishi;
-amaliyotning taqvimli rejasini amaliyot rahbari bilan birgalikda ikki nusxada tuzishi (biri talaba uchun, ikkinchisi tashkilotdan tayinlangan amaliyot rahbari uchun);
Talaba tashkilotga etib kelgach tashkilotdan tayinlangan amaliyot rahbariga “Amaliyotchining kundaligi”dan bir nusxasini taqdim etishi lozim. Bundan tashqari texnika xavfsizligi va yong‘in xafvsizligi bo‘yicha hamda ob’ektda foydalanishi mumkin bo‘lgan jihozlar va materiallar bo‘yicha tushuntirish olishi va ish joyi bilan tanishishi lozim.
Amaliyot davrida talaba tashkilotning ichki tartib-intizomiga qat’iy amal qilishi shart. Har qanday holatda talaba ish joyidan chiqayotganda, bu haqda amaliyot rahbariga bildirishi lozim.
1.4 Talaba amaliyot davrida taqvimli rejani bajarilishini qayd etib boradi va amaliyot yakunida hisobot tayyorlaydi.

5. Kundalikni yuritish va to‘ldirish qoidasi.
5.1 Amaliyotni o‘tash davrida kundalik talabaning asosiy hujjati hisoblanadi.
5.2 Amaliyot davrida talaba har kuni taqvimli reja bo‘yicha kun davomida bajargan ishlarini kundalikka qisqacha yozib borishi kerak.
5.3 Talaba haftada bir marta kundalikni tekshirish uchun rahbariga taqdim etishi shart. Rahbar kundalikni tekshirib kamchiligini ko‘rsatadi, navbatdagi topshiriqni beradi hamda talabaning faoliyatini nazorat qilayotganligini qayd etadi.
5.4 Amaliyot tugagach “Amaliyotchining kundaligi” amaliyot rahbarlari tomonidan tekshiriladi va xulosa yozib imzo qo‘yiladi.
5.5 Talaba amaliyot tugagach rasmiylashtirilgan kundalikni amaliyot hisoboti bilan birgalikda kafedraga topshirishi shart.
Talaba “Amaliyotchining kundaligi” va amaliyot hisoboti asosida amaldagi baholash nizomi asosida baholanadi.
