INTRODUCTION (abstract of the thesis of the (DSc)) 
The aim of the research work
is to develop proposals and recommendations, 
which have scientific-theoretical, scientific-methodological and scientific-practical 
significance on influence of intellectual capital on the modernization of the 
automotive industry of the republic in increasing production efficiency. 
Research objectives are as following: 
to reveal of the structure of scientific-theoretical and methodological 
development of intellectual capital, its role in improving the efficiency of the 
enterprise and the socio-economic significance of its relationship with human 
capital; 
comparative analysis and development of indicators for the assessment of the 
enterprise’s intellectual capital on the basis of scientific and theoretical study of 
methodological approaches to assessing its effective activities in conditions of 
modernization and diversification of industrial production and technological 
modernization; 
to determine the role of intellectual capital in increasing its efficiency based 
on the study of the economic analysis of the development of the production 
process of Uzavtosanoat JSC and developing the main directions for its 
development; 
to identificate of reserves for the intellectual capital using in the automotive 
industry and improvement of its applification processes; 
to improve innovative approaches in investing intellectual capital in the 
context of market relations and ensuring its future development.
