TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

Sir/ Madam,

That on 28/10/2021, I landed at CSI Airport, Mumbai, from Maldives by IndiGo Airlines at about 17:30 pm. I was not allowed to go outside Airport although I ve valid visa upto October 2022. I was informed that my entry banned into India and I was deported back to my country of origin.

I was never given any reasons about my banning to enter into India.

Therefore by this authority letter I hereby authorised Mr. Hitesh Dabhi Advocate to represent me before Airport Authority, AFRRO, ACP, Bureau of Immigration, concerned authorities, concerned officers, MEA, and immigration office, Visa offices at, Mumbai and New Delhi, passport authority, CID, EOW, file application to obtain details and reasons for banning my entry into India and to receive such copies, reply from concerned department/s and give representation on my behalf.
