It gives me the greatest pleasure to recommend Khusniddin Khalimov for admission to your undergraduate program. As his counselor and teacher of English school 46 of Shahikhan in Andijan, I have been fortunate to work with him for the last three years. He combines great intelligence with a strong character.
All these three years, he has never stopped to progress and impress us. He has grown from an insecure and shy student to a mature, ambitious and motivated person. In addition, he became the most active and socially engaged student of school. Unfortunately, school does not provide a variety of extracurricular activities. Nonetheless, it was not an obstacle to his participation in them. He excelled at debating and public speaking. Whenever offered, Khusniddin Khalimov we lcomed an opportunity to assist our staff with school events and performances. In fact, he was a go-to person for hosting important events when representatives of international universities visited our school. Some of the representatives even encouraged him to apply to their universities.
Khusniddin Khalimov loves helping others and says it gives meaning to his life. He organized an
'English Club" to help fellow students to learn English. Thanks to his tireless efforts, nearly all participants went from “G’oya” education centre. His class president says the following about him: " Khusniddin Khalimov is an excellent friend and student. He has been supportive and caring whenever we, his friends, had either a personal or an academic issue". He differed from our other graduates with his intention to excel both academically and socially. Most of our students choose only one of them. Apart from that, Khusniddin Khalimov is an avid learner who always accepts feedback from fellow students enthusiastically. Whatever he does, be it writing essays or making a decision, He asks us to give feedback and advice about it. He sees it as an indispensable part of learning and growing. He is a great interlocutor as well. It is amazing how much he knows. He is very comfortable with speaking about pretty much everything from technology to world politics to philosophy.
As a mature, motivated, and determined student, Khusniddin Khalimov would be a great fit to your institution. He has all the qualities of a successful individual. It is sad that we do not have more students like him. With his willingness to constantly learn and grow, I see no skill that he could not master.
