As an academic course leader. I understand that Muhammadsaidxon Masumxonov who is currently enrolled in the sophomore year studies intends to conduct exchange studies through the UGRAD propram. He is an outstanding student and he is academically performing excellently. Therefore. I recommend him as the best candidate to participate in the Global UGRAD exchange program.
Muhammadsaidxon is one of the top-performing students in his cohort. He has unique intellectual ability and hardworking attitude to accomplish his goals. He has proven this many times. A recent example is that he was chosen for an international scholarship JACAFA in the last semester. Furthermore, he has outperformed many fellow students to get an opportunity to participate in a 3-month course called "Tourism training 2021 at our university.
My student is an open-minded, sociable and innovative young leader with exceptional organizational skills which we witnessed while he was organizing "Speak up" club for his peers at the university library. He competed in a State Olympiad among college students and he holds a 7.0 IELTS certificate that enables his to deliver language classes to learners from diverse backgrounds.
From the first months of the university, I witnessed Mr Muhammadsaidxon's innovative and curious attitude. He always comes to me with his plans to organize new projects for students in our faculty. His proactive and curious nature led him actively to take part in the Russian week held in the 3 faculty of English language and literature where he gained much experience. Moreover, his networking and communication skills are very well developed. He easily gets along with both teachers and students. He can communicate her thoughts and opinion without any difficulty both verbally and in writing.
This year I am acting as an academic course leader to their group and I have found out that despite not being an official group leader of the group. Muhammadsaidxon always does more than enough for the development of his group. He has always been the one who encourages and motivates groupmates to study, achieve more and not to be limited with the education offered within university. During the process of accomplishing any teamwork, he can always unite the group and bring them to the particular destination. If one student should be chosen within a group to participate in volunteering or interning activities, he is always that student without any doubt.
In terms of academic performance, he does all his best to acquire more knowledge on pedagogy and English-related subjects including Phonetics and phonology which I take the charge of teaching for his group. During online lessons, he kept up with all the tasks on time and showed great interest in the subject.
I believe that Muhammadsaidxon is the best fit to participate in the Global UGRAD exchange program since he possesses full energy and capacity to meet all the program requirements, gain new experience and to effectively share it with his peer-upon his return to Uzbekistan.
