affect their worldview, turning them away from these paths, becoming a true martyr 
of independent Uzbekistan the main task of parents, community, teachers and 
educators is to work tirelessly with young people. 
Spiritual qualities are a set of all the positive qualities, spiritual and moral 
behavior of young people, which are reflected in the activities of everyday life, 
including the family, neighborhood, streets, public transport and places, educational 
institutions. 
Thus, we have considered above only the spiritual qualities of the youth, its 
essence and some aspects of its main aspects. Now we think about the relevance of 
this topic. 
Therefore, the upbringing of the younger generation in our country has risen to 
the level of state policy. The only example of this can be seen in the fact that 
Uzbekistan has declared 2018 the Year of Active Entrepreneurship, Support of 
Innovative Ideas and Technologies. 
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 5106 of July 5, 
2017 "On support of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan" and the Resolution No. PQ-
3138 of July 18, 2017 "On measures to improve the activities of the Youth Union of 
Uzbekistan" were approved. 
The purpose of approving these decisions is to bring up a healthy and 
harmoniously developed generation in our country, to realize the creative and 
intellectual potential of young people, to bring up young girls of our country as fully 
developed individuals who fully meet the requirements of the XXI century. The 
adoption of such decisions has caused a great change in the mentality of young 
people. The social activity of our youth has increased, the level of political awareness 
has risen. Most importantly, the business environment in the community has been 
revitalized. 
The state provides favorable opportunities for young entrepreneurs and creates 
new jobs in the country, unprecedented types of production and services. This means 
that our spiritual youth has ample opportunities to implement entrepreneurship and 
innovative ideas. 
Today, the youth of our country is on the path of innovative development 
aimed at radically renewing all spheres of public life. This is not in vain, of course. 
Because who will win in today’s fast-paced world? A state based on new ideas, new 
ideas, innovations wins. 
The history, unique customs and traditions, life values of any people or nation 
play an important role in the formation and development of the qualities and criteria 
of the spiritual world of a person. As President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said: "Spirituality 
is our most effective and powerful weapon." Therefore, it is necessary not to be afraid 
to tell the truth in front of young people, to avoid fraud, to openly state the existing
