Our organization is time-tested production.
Joint venture LTD Evro Asia Tapo Disk was built in 1996. All equipment for the manufacturing and processing of discs were ordered and installed according to European standards.
- Alignment (levelling)of metal tape is carried out on the machine "SARONNI" of Italian production;
- Felling blanks, stamping and punching discs as well as marking are performed on pressing machine of Italian production "MANZONI"
- Full testing and checking of ventilation openings is also carried out on Italian-made equipment, on pressing machine - “EMMANUEL”;
- Full production and marking of the rim of discs are carried out on an automatic line - "FONTIJNE" installed by the special order from Holland;
- Flushing, anticorrosion coating, zinc phosphating of the disc surface, electroplating and painting are performed on the German automatic line "EISENMANN";
The production capacity of all equipment is 1,050,000 discs per year!
The first large batch of disks our enterprise has released in 1998 for automobile concern "DAEWOO". After performance of the first order we have released disks for cars of the Russian and foreign manufacture.
From year to year due to the increase in volumes and assortments of orders our company decided to build its workshop of high-precision stamping equipment. So in 2008 we started the production of our own equipment workshop.
The equipment workshop was also equipped according to European standards.

Production stages
Our disk manufacturing process is automated to the maximum extent possible:
The first stage - Cutting of steel blanks for manufacturing of disc bases - "plates" and "rims" (photo)
The second stage is the preparation of the central part of the discs, the sheet metal is pressed with a special press to press through the stiffening ribs and punch the central hole, then the holes for bolts and ventilation are drilled, and everything superfluous from the "plate" is cut off (photo).
The third stage - Making the "rim" of the disc, a long flat sheet of steel is cut off and with the help of a special shaft is given the shape of a cylinder. After the entire joint is welded and removed from the seams, the cylinder is sent under a special press where it is given the desired shape.

The fourth step is the connection by welding the two main parts of the disc, then all the seams are machined to avoid the joints again and the marking is made. (photo)
The fifth stage is a test of radial and axial run-out of the wheel on a special measuring unit CWM 010 (photo of test bench).
The sixth stage - After checking, it is a disk painting, which is also done in several stages in our special German-made painting line:
-Zinc phosphating surface;
- Application of anticorrosive coating;

Our laboratory
Our laboratory carries out testing of products within the framework of accreditation in accordance with the field of accreditation as per the nomenclature, methods specified in the normative technical documentation, as well as conducts chemical analyses for the painting line "EISENMANN".
All specialists in our laboratory have the appropriate education, training and qualifications.
Technical competence of our whole laboratory corresponds to Qz DST ISO/IEC 17025:2007 "State Standard of Uzbekistan. General requirements to the competence of testing and calibration laboratories". The laboratory workers also have TUV CERT certificates.
According to the schedule, our laboratory assistants perform the analyze of chemical features and determination of ph of all disc coatings.
We also perform coating thickness tests several times a day for TS 18069682 - 002:2018, EDS-T-7011.

What is the advantage of steel stamped discs?
The cost of stamped drives withstands any competition, as cast drives are much more expensive;
Even with a severe impact, these drives do not collapse, but only crumble, allowing for repair and restoration;
Steel discs provide additional safety - in case of deformation, when the wheel is loaded, the plastic steel disk will take a significant part of the impact. And the rest of the steering parts will get minimal damage;
