Title: Developing memory in young children(9-12 years old)
ABSTRACT: I have tried to work with the best and most useful methods for my students based on my own experience.

INTRODUCTION: Young children have memory problems especially between 9 to 12 years. Such problems shouldn’t be ignored, because a person’s future life skills are closely linked to memory. When children have poor memory They slow down and they don’t want to go to school.
When I worked with young children, I used a lot of memory exercises, but it didn’t work effectively. And I decided to find out new techniques to increase their memory.

METHOD: I was looking for a lot of workouts and games, and I found lots of ways for them to have fun and memorize quickly.
This game is called ‘’Number String’’ Using numbers makes this game more abstarct and therefore more challenging.
The first person says a one digit number. The next player repeats the first number and adds another one digit number. The first person says the first and the second numbers and then adds a thirs number. The game continues until someone forgets a number. That person is out. Play continues and the winner is the last person standing- the person able to correctly identify the longest string of numbers.
This game is very interesting and joyful. If we do this exercises with children their memory will improve quickly.

RESULT: I experimented this method with children. All students in the class participated. The first time, it didn’t give great result. Then we would play this exercise 10minutes before the end of the lesson. It liked all the students in the class and gradually began to give effective results.

CONCLUSION: I tried to come up with the most useful and effective way to develop children’s memory and the method I thought was useful to the students.
Techniques like the ones listed above should not only improve your memory in general, but using them while studying will also help you remember The information you have worked so hardly ubderstanding.
