B: Why don’t we go to the cinema? There is a new Uzbek films on at

the Cholpan.

A: I don’t feel like seeing a film.

B: Well, how about asking Rasul and Rano round for a supper? If there

are free of course.

A: That’ a good idea. We haven’t seen them for ages. But what can

we give them for supper?

B: There is some roast chicken. And we could make a salad.

A: OK, I’ll go and give them a ring.

A: Where shall we go for our holiday this year?

B: Why not go to Zomin as usual?

A: We’d rather go somewhere different this year. Besides, Zomin

is always crowded in summer.

B: Have you got any definite ideas?

A: I thought we might go to Kosonsoy for a change.

B: But Kosonsoy is almost as crowded as Zomin in the holiday

season. What about Chimyon? We could try and rent a cottage.

A: Yes, let’s do that. The scenery there is really beautiful.

B: Have you ever been to Chimyon?

A: Yes, twice.

Roger: Have we got time?

Jean: Yes, I think so. We could go to that new place in Uzbekistan

street. They serve you very quickly.

Roger: Wouldn’t it be better to go somewhere nearer? It’s nearly

10 o’clock and the meeting starts at 10. 40.

Jean: Where do you suggest?

Roger: Well, there is a coffee bar not far from the National Bank.

Jean: We might as well go there then.
