These days myriad people suffer from lack of sleeping . Although this may lead to several determinal problems, but I beleive that, those problems can be tackled in some ways.
Many people can not sleep enough for various reasons, and it is causing some serious troubles. Firstly, it affects their mental ability, therefore slumberous people can not show their full potential at work. They fell tired and agressive, so they have difficulties in concentration. Moreover sleep deprivation has a harmful effect on health, for example it may originate neurologic and cardiologic illnesses such as depression, schizophrenia, cancer and stroke.
