Theory of economics

The task of a government consultant – Treasury representative. This task is fixed in Article 44 of the law "on the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan". The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan holds the accounts of state institutions and organizations as a government banker, collects funds on these accounts and makes payments from them: conducts transactions with state securities; issues loans directly to the state in the form of short-term loans or in the form of purchases of state bonds; performs operations with gold or in foreign currency on the instructions of government agencies.

45-moddada as defined, the government is in consultation with the central bank on the issues of allocation of debt to the public sector, on the plans to obtain financing from internal and external sources of lending.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan acts as the fiscal (Treasury) representative of the government, acting as a representative of the government (Article 47), assists the government in the implementation of financial operations, advises on issues of budget revenues and expenditures, works as a representative in the placement of State Securities, maintains accounts on them, participates in the solution of other issues.
