PP look at the pictures and say the names o f the awards and what they are for. You could let PP prepare the activity in pairs or groups before checking the answers with the whole class.

The Nobel Prize - for many things: encouraging world peace, scientific discoveries, literature, for example. Grammy Award - for pop music for best new group, best girl group, best song, etc.
