Hozirgi vaqtda ingliz tili globallashuv va umumiy kompyuterlashuv tufayli global til maqomini oldi. Zamonaviy ingliz tilini o'qitish o'quvchilarni zamonaviy hayotga lingual va ijtimoiy moslashtirishga qaratilgan. Zamonaviy tajribali mutaxassis o'z fikrlarini ingliz tilida ifodalash ko'nikmalariga ega bo'lishi kerak, ya'ni u nutq, til va madaniy darajalarni o'z ichiga olgan kommunikativ kompetentsiyaga ega bo'lishi kerak. Til o'rganish, o'z navbatida, motivatsiyani talab qiladi. Har bir o‘quvchining passiv tafakkurchidan o‘quv jarayonining faol va ijodiy ishtirokchisiga aylanishi tufayligina motivatsiya olish mumkin, ya’ni o‘quvchilarni muloqotga jalb qilish jihati 2017-2021-yillarda ta’limni rivojlantirish Davlat dasturida o‘z aksini topgan. raqobat muhitiga moslasha oladigan intellektual, jismoniy va ma’naviy yetuk fuqaroni shakllantirish vazifasi.
Pedagogika fani rivojlanib, o‘qitishning yangi uslub va texnologiyalarini oshirishga olib kelmoqda. Ulardan biri muloqot orqali o‘qitish, ya’ni hamkorlikda o‘qitish yoki muloqotda o‘qitish yoki kommunikativ o‘qitishdir.
Bu o'quvchilarni "ko'p tilli muhit sharoitida ijtimoiy muloqotga" jalb qilishga yordam beradi.
Kommunikativ ta'lim jarayonida o'quvchilar faol hayotiy pozitsiya, ijodiy qobiliyat, til ko'nikmalari, o'z fikri, mas'uliyat, qonunlar va dunyoqarash g'oyalarini tushunishga yordam beradigan mantiqiy aloqalar va boshqalarga ega bo'ladilar.
Hech shubha yo‘qki, ikkinchi tilni o‘rganishda o‘quvchilar fonologik va lug‘at-grammatik bilimlardan tashqari, o‘z tillaridan foydalangan holda boshqalar bilan muloqot qilish usullarini ham egallashlari zarur.
Chet tilini amaliy o'rgatish til ko'nikmalarini o'rganish va rivojlantirish jarayonida o'quvchining o'zini-o'zi belgilash va o'zini-o'zi til shaxsi sifatida amalga oshirishni ta'minlaydigan bir qator muloqot usullariga ega.
