THE YOUTH OF UZBEKISTAN AND THE THIRD RENAISSANCE

Annotation. The article deals with the rich scientific heritage of our great ancestors, the achievements of the first, the second renaissance, and the step towards the third renaissance the great potential of science and enlightenment.

When referring to our country today, the term "New Uzbekistan" is commonly used. It's an acknowledgment of the significant progress we have made in recent years, as we have entered a new phase of growth. Large-scale democratic changes have occurred in our country over the last five years, as is widely recognized. The idea of a "New Uzbekistan" is taking shape. It is accurate to state that in present times, when our people's enormous might is in full swing, the foundations for a new renaissance-the Third Renaissance-are being created in Uzbekistan. As we know, that Uzbekistan today is not the same as Uzbekistan yesterday.
The youth of Uzbekistan are more aware than anyone else that our society's political, legal, and socioeconomic image is fast shifting and that new relationships, opportunities, and values are forming in our lives. There are many legal organizations in Uzbekistan. The main purpose of mature and intellectually advanced, open-minded young generation is to protect young people from external threats and the negative impact of "mass culture", providing comprehensive support to protect the legal and legitimate interests of young people and creation for them favorable conditions in order to build New Uzbekistan. The main purpose of these Unions is engaging youth to take active part in deepening democratic, political and economic reforms in the country, in strengthening peace and harmony in society, to contribute to the process of accession of Uzbekistan among the developed countries.
The history of mankind demonstrates that spiritual awakening in the life of a nation leads to the realization of national identity and the advancement of the country's economic and cultural development to new heights. We are all familiar with the term "renaissance"—awakening, renewal, and ascension—to describe such a unique societal event. It is well known that the area of contemporary Uzbekistan was the cradle of two great Renaissances in antiquity: the First (Enlightenment-IX-XII centuries) and the Second (Temurids-XIV-XV centuries). This is a historical fact that has been confirmed and acknowledged by science around the world.
The world-famous scientific and philosophical works generated by our great forefathers during the Samanid period, which coincided with the First Renaissance in Uzbekistan's history, established the cornerstone of Islamic culture. The development of the social sphere, the construction of social relations based on certain principles, the economic and cultural development of cities and regions, and the centralization of science and education are the principles that define the uniqueness of statehood in our country during the Middle Ages.
The rule of Amir Temur coincided with the Second Renaissance, and not only Movarounnahr, but Central Asia as a whole, reached a new level of development. The foundations of statehood were strengthened during this time, urban planning and architecture blossomed, and international trade and diplomatic contacts grew stronger. Science, culture, and the arts all advanced during this time period, as did the scope of human thought.
We know that the ideas of "jadism," or renewal and liberation, justice and equality, enlightenment, and national identity, propelled our forefathers to the forefront of the struggle. The purpose of these great men was to equip the people of Turkestan, who were steeped in ignorance and backwardness, with secular knowledge and advanced professions in order to lead them on the path of universal growth. Regrettably, the regime of the moment prevented them from realizing their ambitions. Their dreams, on the other hand, are retained in the blood of our people, in their historical memory, and they continue to exist.
It is important to remember that the development of a new Uzbekistan is more than a wish or a subjective occurrence; it is a political, legal, socioeconomic, spiritual, and enlightened process with a long history in our country. The situation is an objective necessity, in conformity with our people's long-held ambitions and fully serving their national interests. Another significant Renaissance process is currently underway in our country. As a result, the terms "New Uzbekistan" and "Third Renaissance" resound in our ears and motivate our people to achieve great things.
The goal of the new Uzbekistan is to provide a free, prosperous, and prosperous existence for our people, based on the principles of cooperative collaboration with the international community and strict adherence to generally accepted democratic, human rights, and freedom norms and principles. The condition is the New Uzbekistan entails, primarily new economic interactions and perspectives.
Building a new Uzbekistan entails continuing our autonomous national development route at a new level, based on a deeper understanding of and reliance on our recent and distant history as well as our distinct and unique cultural resources. In prominent international and regional organizations, the new Uzbekistan firmly advances initiatives in spiritual and educational matters, as well as in all fields. In this context, the world community overwhelmingly supported our country's motion at the UN General Assembly's 72^nd session to pass the resolution "Enlightenment and Religious Tolerance." We have pursued an open, pragmatic, and practical foreign policy since the beginning of our country's regeneration, building close friendship and cooperation ties with all developed countries, particularly our neighbors. Uzbekistan has consistently followed this strategic route and fulfilled all of its obligations to its partners and international organizations in the past. Our country's political status and prestige in the Central Asian region and around the world have risen substantially in a historically short period of time. The world is developing more confidence in the New Uzbekistan and the values of seeking collaboration with our country.
In short, the reform process is becoming more extensive over time, and the current unstable times are posing new problems. Life itself has a lot to teach us. That is why we are on high alert at all times. The contribution of the younger generation in recognizing the new Uzbekistan as a result of the entire Uzbek people's long-held ambition and labor, as well as our great figures from previous centuries, is priceless. As we previously stated, we would undoubtedly achieve our goal if we continue to work together for the higher aims of today's chances and reforms! Wherever there is research, there will be accomplishments and flaws. We are sure that the New Uzbekistan will turn into a comprehensively flourishing and well-off country with a strong potential and worthy authority on the world arena.
