The present simple tense

to be going to do = bajarilish vaqti belgilanmagan ammo bajarishga qaror qilingan, ahd qilingan ish harakatlar uchun, (ammo bajarilish vaqti aniq belgilangan rejalashtirilgan ish harakat uchun emas):

'The windows are dirty.' 'Yes, I know. I'm going to clean them later.'

(=Men ularni tozalashga qaror qildim lekin rejalashtirganim yo’q)

I am going to be a president one day.
