Overall, it is clear from charts that sodium and saturated fat consumed for dinner more than other ingredients. It is also worth to note that people less eat these habitual meals to have a breakfast.
In the USA, sodium 43% and fatty food 37% were devoured by people in the dinner time. These products also mainly were chosen to do lunch, accounted for around 29% as at the same percentages they were. Sodium had a same proportion in being opted to be eaten for breakfast and snacks, around 14%.
However, many people took the sugary food to trip, go holidays or got to schools, which is eaten by around 42% of people. Added sugar food was also most preferred at the dinner, 23% of people liked to eat sugary food to take up heavy meals. To lunch and breakfast, US people didn’t consume much this food.
