Overall, it is clear that placing a roundabout in the centre of the city where three roads crossed was by far the most significant change seen within the given period. However, the hotel and houses were not changed and remained at their original region over the whole period.

In the northern part of the town, the park was moved to the wasteland which was located on the opposite side of the houses. In the area responsible for the park in 1980, the park had been replaced by terraced dwellings by 2015. The residential area near the hotel was flattened, and a car park and supermarket were built in the place of terraced houses.

In the southern section of the city, in 2015, warehouses were constructed in right bottom corner where was responsible for fields in 1980. By 2015, The sports centre and car park had been erected on the west side of the vertical road which was the sector of the tennis courts initially.
