The line graph gives information about the number of Iranian, Greek and Turkish students who enrolled at Sheffield University between 2005 and 2009.

The line graph shows the quantity of students from Iran, Greece and Turkey who secured a place at Sheffield University from 2005 to 2009.

The most striking feature of the graph is how the number of Greek students declined over the period at the University. The figure went down dramatically from 180 in 2005 to nearly 50 in 2009. There was an obvious dominance of Greek students before 2007 when all the numbers came closest hovering around 70.

The indicators of Iranian and Turkish students were just under 40 and roughly 20 at the beginning of the period. Despite surpassing/exceeding/overtaking the other two figures after 2006, the number of Turkish students finished the second at 120 compared to 160 of that of Iran.

It is clear that the dominance of Greek students was lost to students from Iran. Notwithstanding those changes, the overall number of students from those 3 countries rose from 240 to around 330.
