At the beginning of the period, butter consumed a minimal growth of 20 and reached a peak at 160 in 1986. After this there was a sharp decline. At the end of the period, the amount of consumption butter fell by approximately 3 times. In 1981, Margarine stood at 90, during the next 5 years it reduced by 10 and rised by 20 in 1991. In 2007, consumed margarine decreased by 60 and reached 40. In 1996, Low fat spreads were introduced. At that time it stood at 10. Then it rised dramatically an reached a peak of 80 in 2001. It was become more popular than margarine and butter. In 2007, Low fat spreads declined by 10.
