methods and technologies of teaching a foreign language is 
growing. It is useful to use them taking into account the 
characteristics of the learners, such as age, profession, interests. 
From the earliest stages of teaching any foreign language, it is 
recommended that learners be given small phrases, grammatical 
games, phrases that are necessary in everyday life. 
These methods increase the interest of learners in the language. 
Then the themes, the methods, the technologies change and 
become more complex. In this case, the widespread use of games 
such as debates, interviews, competitions, develops the learner's 
free, independent, logical thinking, prepares learners for oral 
communication and free participation in dialogues. This is an 
effective way to develop learners' thinking, reasoning, and 
reasoning skills. Of course, practical exercises play an important 
role in the solid and perfect learning of foreign languages. It 
should be noted that if this process is based on new, modern 
pedagogical technologies, the interest of learners in language and 
teaching will intensify. The teacher will need to test the learners' 
knowledge using the Brainstorming method after the 
organizational part before moving on to the topic. This method 
involves question-and-answer sessions to draw students' 
attention to the topic of the lesson, a process that can take 5-10 
minutes, depending on student activity. When organizing lessons 
using the method of "brainstorming", learners do their best to get 
out of the proposed problem situations, think of different ways to 
get out of the situation, which leads to their interest in the lesson, 
activation. The answer given by each student is taken into 
account. These answers may be incorrect or close to clear. Most 
importantly, each student is asked to justify and defend their 
answer. This method can also be used to repeat a previous topic. 
It teaches students to think, to be responsive. This method 
requires not only the learner but also the teacher to be active. 
The following results can be expected from the use of the 
"brainstorming" method: the learner becomes more active in the 
classroom; Each learner tries to express his / her opinion in 
order to demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired in a 
foreign language; The grammatical rules of the studied foreign 
language are stated orally and put into practice; Learners 
become more interested in foreign languages. When teaching a 
foreign language using the brainstorming method, learners' 
speech develops, the topics learned are reinforced, and as a 
result, learners are able to think freely. As a result of experience 
and observations in the system of continuing education, in order 
to increase the effectiveness of foreign language teaching, it is 
recommended for all disciplines: To increase the interest in 
teaching a foreign language from kindergarten age, teaching, 
Ensuring continuity in continuing education; Strict adherence to 
the logical connection between the use of modern information 
and pedagogical technologies in education; Extensive use of 
movement games in practical training; Achieve each teacher to 
create their own method and use it in the teaching process. The 
teacher must clearly define the education and upbringing in 
accordance with the order of the state educational standard, and 
at the same time carry out the didactic goal with pedagogical 
skills. To do this, it is necessary to ensure the connection 
between disciplines on the basis of new and modern pedagogical 
technologies. It is also important to properly manage student 
activities, use time efficiently, to direct students to useful 
activities in the classroom and outside the classroom, to give 
them the opportunity to develop their free and creative thinking 
skills, to learn foreign languages with enthusiasm is a necessary 
factor in ensuring learning and their activity. Student activism 
refers to a range of issues, such as creativity and independent 
thinking. The quality and effectiveness of reading will be positive 
if the following activities are carried out in the process of new 
pedagogical technology: v Assignment of homework and 
selection of topics that students are interested in and love; v 
Discuss the assignment materials with the class, filling in and 
reviewing strengths and weaknesses; v Formation of duties and 
responsibilities in the student; Linking knowledge with practical 
work, teaching creative activity; Build a sense of national pride 
and friendship; v Formation of computer literacy; v Extensive use 
of handouts, visual aids, modern methods and techniques in 
foreign language lessons. The more skillfully pedagogical 
technology is used in the classroom, the better the quality of 
education will be. 
Today, in all higher education institutions, including higher 
education institutions, modern information technologies, 
multimedia complexes, modern textbooks and manuals based on 
interactive methods, audio-video methodical manuals, necessary 
teaching aids, etc. Demonstration materials, modern computer 
sets, electronic and interactive whiteboards are provided. This 
will increase the interest in the world of science, especially the 
ways to expand knowledge and skills in foreign languages. The 
peculiarity of pedagogical technology is that it designs and 
implements the learning process that ensures the achievement of 
learning objectives. The goals and objectives of education should 
be defined in such a way as to ensure that the learning objectives 
of the whole society and the specific goals and objectives of each 
stage are interrelated. If we divide the set goal into two groups, 
the first group is the goals set in the pedagogical activity, and the 
second group is the goals for the students. The process of 
achieving both of these goals will ensure the effectiveness of 
education. A traditional lesson is a model of education for a 
certain period of time, the learning process is more teacher-
oriented, consisting of the stages of introduction, coverage, 
reinforcement and completion of the topic. In these cases, the 
effectiveness of the traditional lesson is much lower, and 
students become passive participants in the learning process. 
Research shows that while maintaining the traditional form of 
teaching, enriching it with a variety of district methods that 
activate student activity leads to an increase in student mastery.
